Hi everyone, this is Diane! She’s an English cream retriever. She has been a really nice dog. Since she is a puppy yet we are working on a few things like leash walking and potty training. She’s smart but needs time to figure out your schedule. She’s does well in her kennel and cries for two minutes before settling. She’s only kenneled 4 hours at this time and has had a dry kennel. She’s growing and loves outside. It’s funny to watch her play in the snow. She really loves her people and is a joy to work with.
We wake up and immediately go outside or Diane will pee. She goes in my little enclosed area but after breakfast we take about a block walk. She’s still pretty running all around but is understanding heal for a bit at a time. She goes to her kennel until lunch and we go out immediately, she’s a good eater. Back to her kennel or at times she comes to work with me and does really well. She’s a social girl and has met all ages of kids. Good with other dogs and submissive
Diane loves everyone…she will match your energy for sure. A little jumpy but we are working on that. Here at home she’s at my feet, she loves her people.
Diane isn’t a huge nippy licky girl, but she will knock a child down. She gets excited, I think-in time she can control that
Diane gets the zoomies many times a day and races around her enclosure outside and chews on the bushes. Just puppy stuff. We have a short walk and a long walk and knows both and knows home.
Diane is super submissive and will crouch with most dogs. She loves to run and chase
Diane has not been exposed to cats.
When Diane goes in her kennel she barks for two minutes then settles in and sleeps. When she’s out, she chews on her bones and different toys.
Diane is a puppy and is learning daily. New sounds are scary and she needs backup. We are working on leash training as she is wild right now, but work in process. She’s not quite potty trained but she knows where to go just sometimes gets too excited.
