Summer spends time in my office with me since I work from home. She plays with her toys and LOVES to snuggle with me while I am working! She is fairly low key. She does sometimes get into things she is not supposed to but is great with redirection. Summer only goes in her crate when we leave the house.
Summer is the sweetest most friendly dog you will meet! She is a huge snuggler and loves attention. She may give a little bark to new humans but warms up quickly. Summer does great with our 11 yo daughter.
Summer is a medium energy dog. She loves to run around and play with our other 2 dogs but also loves to snuggle up and take a nap. She walks good on a leash for a puppy and does like the occasional walk!
Summer had to warm up to our 2 dogs simply because they are so much larger than her! But once she warmed up she jumps right in and plays with them. She does like to try and steal their food which we don't allow but other than that she gets along great with them. Her favorite game is to play tug a war with our German Shepard. Summer has not had exposure to cats in our care.
Summer has been left in her crate alone for a few hours at a time when we are out. She does pretty well as long as she has some toys she can chew on and keep her occupied. Currently she has had NO accidents in her crate! We take her straight out when we get home.
Summer would do great with a family that is around most of the day. I work from home so she is used to having someone around most times. She is very loving and sweet and deserves someone who would treat her the same! She will be a loyal companion and friend.
