PUPDATE 2
I continue to be a really great dog! My foster is a dog trainer and he thinks I'm the bees knees! I love playing fetch and tugging on sticks in the yard. I have learned boundaries from my foster family with other dogs, but I do need a strong leader to guide me to make good decisions - my foster dad can teach you all about this. I am a happy boy who is looking for a home that will continue to provide me with the structure that I need. When I came to my foster home I was hesitant around other people and dogs, but now that I have become comfortable and know the rules, I am living a really happy life! That's all we can hope for for us dogs, right? Did I mention my foster dad is a dog trainer? Yes, I have, but here's some perks! I come with lifetime support from this dude, and I think that's pretty alright - I kind of like him and I know he wants me to succeed and live a happy life!
PUPDATE 1
Hi everyone! My name is Stitch. I'm a 1 year old terrier mix. I am very social with dogs and I love to run around with them in my foster dads big back yard. I'm a little on the shy side side with people, but as long as you don't pay any attention to me when we meet, I will be your friend in no time. My foster dad is a dog trainer who is teaching me not to bark at everyone when they walk by. Now that I understand that most people are not a threat I have no problem continuing the walk calmly or even going up to them to say hi! My ideal home will teach me the rules early on so I know exactly what is expected of me. I like my crate very much as it is a good place for me to go for some quiet time when I want it. The best part of my day (except meal time of course) is definitely my daily walks. After walks I get to play with all my friends in the back yard. Kids make me a bit nervous so maybe a home with no kids would be best. Please come and meet me as I will be adopted quick!
