Sweet, sad Mary was just surrendered to the shelter, and she’s pretty scared. Her elderly owner, in tears, had to give her up as she was moving into an assisted living center.
She hasn’t been around other dogs much, but did well, though timid, with two small Chihuahuas at the shelter. She also lived with a cat in her previous home.
She is not nippy or growly, but she is completely unsure what has happened to her and where her mama is. We believe she just needs a little time and kindness to help her feel safe again.
Since moving into a foster home, Mary has blossomed!
