Kringle marks December 24, 2020 as his adoption day :)

A typical day for Kringle is he wakes up at around 6/6:30am then he goes out to potty and then gets breakfast. He plays with his toys for a little bit and then we have some play time. Then he will nap on and off throughout the day and I will give him lunch around noon. Then have some more playtime and nap time. Then I feed him at 5/6pm. Then he goes to bed between 9-10pm.

Kringle is great with people inside the home. He will cuddle up to anyone. However, he is a little wary of strangers when we go out for short walks.  If someone approaches him he will be a little hesitant but then get very happy/excited.  Kringle has not met kids yet.

Kringle's energy level is low to medium. He does not need very long walks, but he does love to play with toys. He takes a lot of naps throughout the day. Currently, he is not great on a leash. I am in the process of getting him comfortable on a leash. I do notice he does better with a harness on.

He does good with other dogs. I have another foster puppy and they love to play and cuddle at night. I do not think he has met another dog outside yet.  Kringle has not met a cat in his foster home.

I will leave him alone while I work/do homework in my room and he will pee on his pee pads and chew on his toys. He doesn't seem to have any sort of separation anxiety as he is a pretty independent pup. However, it would be a good idea to make sure he is potty trained before leaving him alone. Also, he can chew on stuff he is not supposed to if he has access to it so we must be careful not to leave anything around he can reach.

Kringle is such a sweet puppy. He likes to sleep next to people on the couch and he would be a good dog for a beginner dog owner as he does not need a ton of exercise. However, he does struggle with nipping sometimes so it is very important to train him, so he does not develop any behavioral issues in the future.
