How can you resist that face?! Those eyes?!
Garamond, aka Gary, is a very mild mannered and loving pup. He is currently fostered with his littermate Verdana, and two furry foster brothers. He interacts well with the older dogs and picks up on their social cues quickly and easily. He loves to play with his sister, but sometimes he'd prefer some quiet time for himself and his toys. He gets some zoomies from time to time which he enjoys getting out of his system outside. We have not started leash training, but are working on house training, name recognition, and a few commands such as 'come' and 'sit'. Gary is food motivated and is easily trainable when presented with treats for reward and motivation. Gary has been doing fantastic with house training and will alert by barking most of the time when he needs to go outside.
Gary is VERY fond of nap time. He loves to find a comfy spot to stretch out and snooze in. Even better if that spot is in a patch of sunlight! Given his current size, weight, and paw size, Gary will likely end up being a bigger dog when fully grown. Gary would be a good pup for a home new to puppies and puppy training. Gary likes to sit or lay by your feet or side when he's napping, playing with a toy, or resting and would be a great companion for someone who is home a lot!
