Franny is a 7 month old former Texas stray that is LOVING life in Wisconsin. She thinks being a house dog is pretty awesome and is learning to love everyone she meets. She has puppy energy and needs daily play and exercise but is also very happy watch a movie on the couch and snuggle. She is great with our other dogs, respectful of our backyard chickens and good with our cats (sometimes Franny needs to be reminded that the cats don't want to play with her, but is otherwise great with them). She crates well while we are at work and and at night, and is making great progress on potty training. It seems that Franny might not have been in a house environment before, so she needs some reassurance with new noises (the dishwasher is weird!) and settings, but she is fast progress with training. She knows her name and loves to come when she hears it, and is working on "sit" and other basic commands. She has not had the chance to meet any kids yet. Franny loves to give kisses, be a lapdog, and tip tap her toes when she is happy.
