Hi! My name is Cora. I am an approximately 10 month old mixed breed puppy. I am medium energy and I love attention from my humans!! I get along great with other dogs, I currently live with 4 smaller dogs in my foster home.
Here are some facts about me:
I am crate trained. I sleep all night without waking up anyone else in the house.
In general, I am a quiet girl who rarely barks, although I am a bit noisy when I first go into my crate during the day when my mom goes to work. I do settle down quickly while she is gone, though.
I love chew toys! I am happy playing by myself with a toy as much as I like playing with my siblings. I am easily redirected back to chew toys if I forget and start to play a little too rough with my humans or doggie friends…I am still a young girl myself and I’m very willing to be taught and happy to learn new things.
I am very affectionate. I love rubs on my head, neck, back and especially my belly!
My foster mom is helping me perfect my potty training and I’ve been doing great since my arrival with less accidents and mostly clean and dry days. A regular routine has helped me do much better since I’ve been in WI.
I walk great on a leash! I pay attention to squirrels and bunnies but I don’t try to chase after them. I don’t mind seeing other dogs walking near me with their humans, either.
I love treats! I have learned “sit” really quickly and am working on other good girl manners.
I do like to jump up on my humans when I get excited. Treats are helping me learn to keep all 4 paws on the floor.
I come when I am called. I love to snuggle!
I’ve never met a cat.
I do great in the car!! My mom buckled me with a seatbelt tether on a recent ride and I fell asleep shortly after the wheels started moving.
I was a great girl for the vet! The vet agreed with my foster mom that I have the best personality and temperament.
Would do best with another dog in the home or someone home much of the time.
My foster mom says I am such a good girl! I look forward to finding my humans so they can see what a good girl I am, too.
