Please fill out the adoption application to be considered for adopting a Fetch dog. Once you've completed an application and submitted the application fee, a Fetch volunteer will contact you within approx. two weeks regarding next steps. In the meantime our volunteers will be working on the reference checks and other behind-the-scene steps to process your application.

If you have applied in the past, please do not fill out the application again. Instead, email fetchwiadopt@gmail.com to reactivate your application.

Upon completion of this form, you’ll be directed to pay the adoption application fee. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee to cover application processing efforts. DO NOT APPLY if you are going to seek a refund if you don’t get the dog you want. See our FAQs for more information.

Application Processing Fee

There is a $35 application processing fee to apply with Fetch Wisconsin Rescue, Inc. Please note that this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and all proceeds go to help the dogs in our care. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not agree to our terms regarding this fee. Fetch prefers that the application fee be paid via our website. You'll be redirected to the payment page upon completion of this application.

Disclaimer

All applicants are subject to a home visit. If upon inspection, Fetch finds information in this application to be false, Fetch retains the right to turn down the adoption or remove the animal from your premises without a refund of moneys paid. Fetch reserves the right to refuse an application for whatever reason it deems fit.
